Rotating door retainer. Can hold doors up to 50 millimetres. This door retainer is ideal for interior, home or office doors.
This range of door retainers includes two ways of installation. By fixing the stop with 3M adhesive with a high adhesion or, with a screw, by screwing the threaded base of the stop to the floor.
The head of the two stops that make up the door damper have natural silicone protections to absorb impacts and not damage the doors.
2-in-1 function. Acts as a door retainer when the door is placed between the two stops, sliding the plate under the door to hold it in place, and as a door stop when the plate with the rotating stop is placed towards the wall.

- Satin matt stainless steel and black silicone rubbers.
- Satin matt stainless steel and transparent rubbers.
- White lacquered stainless steel and white silicone rubbers.
- Black lacquered stainless steel and black silicone rubbers.
- Matt satin brass and black silicone rubbers.
- Matt satin brass and white silicone rubbers.
- Leather finish brass and black silicone rubbers.
The dimensions of the retainer are as follows: 19 millimetres in height (rotating stop), 23 millimetres in height (fixed stop), 50 millimetres of retention surface and 100 millimetres in total length.
IMPORTANT: a free space of at least 5 millimetres between the floor and the door is necessary for it to perform its retention function.
How to install the door retainer:
1. Choose the place of installation*.
2. Clean the surface with a damp cloth, making sure that no residue is left.
3. Without removing the protective film of the adhesive, slightly heat the adhesive pad of the stopper with a hairdryer to increase its adhesion capacity.
4. Remove the protective film without touching the adhesive with your hands, as it may lose its adhesion properties.
5. Install the retainer in the desired location and press firmly for 1 minute.
6. After installation, wait 24 hours for the adhesive to set so that it can perform its function as a stopper correctly.
*We do not recommend installing the adhesive stops on rough floors or floors finished with special paints, in this case we recommend stops with screw fixing.
**In the case of screw fixing, follow the first two steps and drill the hole and then screw on the threaded base. In this way it can be used immediately after installation.
